About your new role
The Operational Support Lead works closely with Service leaders in the management, and oversight of program administrative, operations and corporate support services to meet the needs of the local community and provide high quality services to consumers.
The role manages and oversees day-to-day operations and responsibilities of administrative staff for the program to run smoothly and remain focused on high quality services including operational support, data management, stakeholder engagement and administrative functions.
